Hashdex Smart Contract Platforms ETF (the “Company”) is a Cayman Islands exempted company incorporated on
December 8, 2021, with Reg# 1932814, with limited liability. The Company has no subsidiaries.The Company will engage in
an investment strategy designed to, to the extent reasonablypossible, track the performance of the CF Smart Contract
Platforms Index – Settlement Price Index (the “Index”).
Hashdex Smart Contract Platforms Index ETFUS$2,000,000,000’s Worth of Non -Voting Participating Class B Shares to
be initially offered at US$1,000 each – Therefore 2,000,000 Shares.
At the date of listing 100 (one hundred) Participating Class B Shares were issued at a price of US$1000 per share with the remaining 1,999,900 shares outstanding.
