The HSBC Corporate Money Funds Limited (the "Fund") is an open-ended vehicle and is incorporated in Bermuda as an exempted company with limited liability. The Fund aims to provide investors with a high level of current income, consistent with the preservation of capital and liquidity.

The Investment Manager for the Fund is HSBC Investment (Bermuda) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of Bermuda Limited.
