Redemption of Sema Lease UK Limited-Series 16-Issue 039-£70,000-7% Notes due 19 May 2019

Hamilton, Bermuda – 22 May 2019 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary de-listing of Sema Lease UK Limited-Series 16-Issue 039-£70,000-7% Notes due 19 May 2019.  Sema Lease UK Limited filed the following release:

Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms on 19 May 2019 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GB£70,000 – Series 16 - Issue 39 - 7% Notes, the said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
