August 23, 2019 – Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited (Bermuda – WIHL) (the “Company” or “WIHL”) announces the release of its Annual Report containing the audited consolidated financial statements for the Company as at and for the financial year March 31, 2019 and reports net income of $6.7m in the year ended March 31, 2019 (2018 – $8.5m) and net income per ordinary share for the year of $0.01 (2018 – $0.02).

At March 31, 2019 total assets were $528.7m (March 31, 2018 - $526.7m) and net assets were $431.6m (March 31, 2018 - $426.3m).
