BF&M Limited (“BF&M”) Share Repurchase August 2019

Hamilton, Bermuda: 09 September 2019 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), BF&M Limited (the "Company"; Ticker: BFM.BH) advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of August 2019 the company repurchased 2,826 common shares at an average price of $17.25.  The Company advised the repurchased shares were reserved for issuance.
