Somers Limited – Share Repurchase Programme

Hamilton, Bermuda – 17 September 2019 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Somers Limited (“Somers”, the “Company” or the “Group”; Ticker: SOM.BH) announced their share repurchase programme.  The filing stated:

Somers Limited (“Somers”), a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of August 2019, Somers purchased 11,936 of its own common shares (the “Shares”) at an average cost of $15.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.

The number of common shares in issue as at August 31, 2019 was 20,671,621 (net of 11,936 treasury shares).
