Redemption of CLS Finance Limited 9% Series #1 Secured £750,000 Loan Note Due November 19, 2019

Hamilton, Bermuda – 20 November 2019 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary de-listing of CLS Finance Limited 9% Series #1 Secured £750,000 Loan Note Due November 19, 2019.  CLS Finance Limited filed the following release:

CLS Finance Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms on 19^th November 2019 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£750,000 - Series 1, 9.00% Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
