Delisting: Shima Reinsurance Ltd - PAR Variable Rate Note Programme and “Hotaru 2” Notes due August 7, 2019

Hamilton, Bermuda – 19 May 2020 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”) advises that the Shima Reinsurance Ltd - At-Risk “Hotaru 2” Notes due August 7, 2019 have matured and said notes have been delisted from the BSX effective 19 May 2020. Also, Shima Reinsurance Ltd - Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Note Programme has been cancelled.  All related notes have matured and have been delisting.
