Delisting: Horizon Pharma Investment Limited 2.50% Senior Notes due 15 March 2022

Hamilton, Bermuda – 04 August 2020 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”) advises of the early redemption of Horizon Pharma Investment Limited 2.50% Senior Notes due 15 March 2022.  Further said notes have been delisted from the BSX effective 3 August 2020.
