Hamilton, Bermuda – 04 August 2020 — In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), One Communications Ltd., (the "Company"; Ticker: ONE.BH), advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of July 2020 the company repurchased 36,100 of its common shares at an average price of $3.90 for immediate cancellation.
