Somers Limited (“Somers”), a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of August 2020, Somers purchased 1,000 of its own common shares (the “Shares”) at an average cost of $13.50 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.

The number of common shares in issue as at August 31, 2020 was 21,346,282 (net of 1,000 treasury shares).
