(the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of 02 December 2020 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£844,347 – Fixed Rate Loan Notes due 31 December 2020 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
