Redemption of SRT Marine Systems PLC Notes
Hamilton, Bermuda – 6th December 2020 – SRT Marine Systems PLC (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms on 6th December 2020 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed £2,000,000 – Issue #1 – 8% Secured Loan Notes Due 6th December 2020 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
