Rivers Leasing PLC (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of 31^st December 2020 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£400,000 Issue 13, 8.0% Notes and GBP£560,000 Issue 14, 8.5% Notes (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
