Hamilton, Bermuda:- 12 January 2021 :- In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), One Communications Ltd., (the "Company"; Ticker: ONE.BH), advised that pursuant to BSX Regulation Section IIA 6.14(2)(i), on 8th January 2021, 500 shares were repurchased for calcellation at a price of $4.10 and on 11 January 2021, 138,874 shares were repurchased for calcellation at an average price of $3.98.
