One Communications Ltd., - Share Repurchase under BSX Regulation Section IIA 6.14(2)(i)

Hamilton, Bermuda:- 14 January 2021 :-  In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), One Communications Ltd., (the "Company"; Ticker: ONE.BH), advised that on 14 December an error was made in the reporting of shares repurchased on 11 December 2020.

On 11 December 2020, 37,134 shares were repurchased, pursuant to BSX Regulation Section IIA 6.14(2)(i),  at an average price of $4.10.  It was incorrecty reported on 14 December that on 11 December 2020,  38,234 were repurchased at an average price  of $4.10.
