Somers Limited – Share Repurchase Notification and Total Shares in Issue

Hamilton, Bermuda – 18 January 2021 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Somers Limited (“Somers”, the “Company” or the “Group”; Ticker: SOM.BH) announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.  The filing stated:

For Immediate Release - (Hamilton, Bermuda) Somers Limited (“Somers”), a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of December 2020, Somers had no repurchases of its own common shares.

The number of common shares in issue as at December 31, 2020 was 21,341,482 (net of nil treasury shares).
