Hamilton, Bermuda – 11 February 2021 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), The 600 Group Plc (the "Company”), have issued a directorate change announcement dated 10 February 2021. The filing stated:

Directorate Change

 The 600 Group PLC (the "Group"), the diversified industrial engineering company (AIM: SIXH), announces that G. Mitchell (Mitch) Krasny, Chief Financial Officer, has stepped down as a director of the Group with immediate effect by mutual agreement.

A formal process to identify a successor has been initiated and the Group’s robust subsidiary level finance functions remain unaffected by this directorate change. Until such time as a CFO is appointed, the Group’s finance function will be headed by senior non-board Group finance personnel.

Customer applications are diverse and range from aerospace to medical and pharmaceuticals. The requirement for increased product and component traceability is one of the market drivers.
