Redemption of 1pm plc Secured Loan Notes
Time Finance plc (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of 16th February 2021 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£655,000 – Issue 5, 6.50% Notes due 16th February 2021 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
