HAMILTON, Bermuda – 10 March, 2021 – Veritas Group Limited (“Veritas” or the“Company”) (BSX:VERI.BH) has confirmed that the Company’s former CFO, Mr. Shibu Abraham and former CEO, Mr. Mudai Nanagawa returned all of the 25,000,000 outstanding preferred shares that were issued to them as per their respective resignation letters dated 19 September, 2020.
These convertible preferred shares have been cancelled by the Company.
