Hamilton, Bermuda – 19^th, March 2021 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms as of 19^th, March 2021 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed£150,000 – Series 25 - Issue 59 - 7% Notes, the said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
