Polaris Holding Company Ltd. announced the appointment of Tracy Berkeley, Chief Administration Officer of the Bermuda Tourism Authority, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

With the appointment of Ms. Berkeley, Polaris’ board now consists of eight members, including: Cheryl Hayward-Chew (Chairman), Wayne Caines, Jeffrey Conyers, Howard Pitcher, Paul Hubbard, Tammy Richardson-Augustus and Warren Jones (Chief Executive Officer).
Prior to her present role with the Bermuda Tourism Authority, Ms. Berkeley served as Director of Human Resources at Rosewood Bermuda, Director of Human Resource Operations at the Bermuda Hospital Board and Head of Human Resources at Aspen Bermuda Limited.
