Hamilton, Bermuda – March 23^rd, 2021 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Polaris Holding Company Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: POLAR.BH) announced the appointment of Tracey Berkeley to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.  The filing stated:

 

Hamilton, Bermuda – 17 March 2021 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Polaris Holding Company Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: POLAR.BH) announced the appointment of Ms. Tracy Berkeley to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.  The filing stated:

Polaris Holding Company Ltd. announced the appointment of Tracy Berkeley, Chief Administration Officer of the Bermuda Tourism Authority, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

 "We are excited to welcome Tracy to the Polaris Board,” stated Cheryl Hayward-Chew, Board Chairman, “and look forward to her sharing her expertise in human capital management in diverse areas including local and international business, labour relations and hospitality.”

 “I am especially looking forward to seeing how the Board benefits from Tracy’s unique perspective, as a young Bermudian and a leader in her field. Together, we will strive for greater stability and growth of Polaris Holding Company Ltd.”

With the appointment of Ms. Berkeley, Polaris’ board now consists of eight members, including: Cheryl Hayward-Chew (Chairman), Wayne Caines, Jeffrey Conyers, Howard Pitcher, Paul Hubbard, Tammy Richardson-Augustus and Warren Jones (Chief Executive Officer).

Prior to her present role with the Bermuda Tourism Authority, Ms. Berkeley served as Director of Human Resources at Rosewood Bermuda, Director of Human Resource Operations at the Bermuda Hospital Board and Head of Human Resources at Aspen Bermuda Limited.
