Rivers Leasing PLC (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of 31^st March 2021 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£1,100,000 Issue 15, 8.50% Notes (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
