Hamilton, Bermuda – April 6^th, 2021 –In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange BOT Options (UK) Plc, announced the appointment of a new director. The full filing stated:

BOTOPTIONS (UK) PLC (the “Company”) wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Rakesh Dua as a Director of the Company effective 18 March 2021 and the appointment of Mr. Timothy Holmes as a Director of the Company with effect from 18 March 2021.

 

Mr. Holmes is an expert on strategic financial solutions and management for energy companies and asset backed investments. Before his current appointment he has worked on several Private Equity firms that focused on hard asset investments.

 

Mr. Holmes served as an Officer in the United States Navy and received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis.
