Hamilton, Bermuda – 18^th, May 2021 – Lion Rock Re Ltd., (the “Company”) has requested of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) a maturity extension of Series 2020-1 C - Participating Notes (the “Notes”). The BSX confirms the maturity extension of the Notes to 1^st, April 2023.
