Hamilton, Bermuda – 31^st, May 2021 – Ancelltek Holdings Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the partial voluntary de-listing of £600,000 of the Company’s BSX listed Second Ranking 9.0% Secured Loan Notes Due 30^th, May 2021 (the Notes).

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The partial de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Monday, 31^st, May 2021.

Partial Redemption of Ancelltek Holdings Limited – Second-Ranking 9% Secured Loan Notes

 

Hamilton, Bermuda – 30^th May 2021 – Ancelltek Holdings Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms as of 30^th May 2021 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed£1,020,000 – Second-Ranking 9% Secured Loan Notes - Issue #1, of which £600,000 of the said Notes have been partially delisted from the BSX.
