Extension of Maturity Date: Cerulean Re SAC Ltd., Series 2020-B1 Discounted Zero Coupon Participating Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 8^th, June 2021 – Cerulean Re SAC Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange)of the extension of the maturity date of the Company’s BSX listed Series 2020-B1 Discounted Zero Coupon Participating Notes Due 1^st, June 2021 (the Notes) have been extended until 1^st, June 2022.

The Exchange has therefore extended the maturity date of the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The extension on the Exchange is effective today Tuesday, 8^th, June 2021.
