Delisting of White Rock Insurance (SAC) Ltd. Randolph Re Series 2020-1 Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes Due 6th, July 2021

Hamilton, Bermuda – 9^th, July 2021– White Rock Insurance (SAC) Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Randolph Re Series 2020-1 Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes Due 6^th, July 2021 (the Notes).

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Friday, 9^th, July 2021.
