HAMILTON, Bermuda 6^th, August 2021 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, SiriusPoint Ltd.(the “Company”), announced the change of Listing Sponsor.  The filing stated:

 

Reference is made to the listing of the 4.600% Senior Notes Due 2026 (the “Notes”) with the original issuer Sirius International Group Ltd, which has subsequently on May 27, 2021 been merged with and into SiriusPoint Ltd, with the latter entity having assumed all rights and obligations under the Notes.

 

Please be informed that with effect as of July 31, 2021, Clarien BSX Services Limited will be replaced by First Bermuda Securities Ltd. as listing sponsor for the Notes
