Reference is made to the listing of the Floating Rate Eurobond Loan Notes Due 13 December, 2049 (the “Notes”), issued by Sirius International UK Holdings II Ltd.

Please be informed that with effect as of July 31, 2021, Clarien BSX Services Limited will be replaced by First Bermuda Securities Ltd. as listing sponsor for the Notes.
