Hamilton, Bermuda: 2^nd, September 2021 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”), Advance Investment Holdings Limited (the "Company) announced the resignation of Mr. Chris Hickling as a Non-Executive Director and Mrs. Keri Lancaster-King as the succeeding Non-Executive Director.  The filing stated:

 

The Directors of Advanced Investment Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announce that effective 20 August 2021, Mr. Chris Hickling resigned from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. The Board thanks Mr. Hickling for his contribution to the Company during his tenure.

 

Succeeding Mr Hickling is Mrs. Keri Lancaster-King who was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 20 August 2021.
