Hamilton, Bermuda – 6 September 2021

 

Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption -- in accordance with their terms -- on 6^th September 2021 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP £106,250 - Series 28 8.50% Secured Loan Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Tuesday 7^th, September 2021.
