BotOptions (UK) Plc. Announces the Change in the Denomination Currency of the SeaWise Bond Programme

Hamilton, Bermuda – 16th, September 2021 –In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange BOTOptions (UK) Plc, announces the change in the denomination currency of the SeaWise Bond Programme. The full filing stated:

Following the Exchanges’ approval of the 26th of August 2021, BotOptions (UK) PLC “BotOptions” announces the change in the denomination currency of the SeaWise Bond Programme to US Dollars and clarifies that the only bonds to be issued pursuant to the amended Programme will be “Seawise Bonds” in a maximum amount of $US100,000,000 (“Bonds”) (the “Seawise Programme”).

 

The Listing Committee confirmed the approval in principle previously granted for the listing of any subsequent issuances pursuant to the Programme up to the newly stated limit of the Programme, i.e., US$100,000,000. Future listing applications in respect of such further issuances of Notes may continue to be made by way of a Supplement and supporting documents as would be required by the Exchange.

 

BotOptions has appointed a regulated Security Trustee to secure the “SeaWise Bonds” with shipping assets for the benefit of the bond holders.
