Hamilton, Bermuda – 8th, October 2021– Ancelltek Holdings Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) of the partial voluntary de-listing of £200,000 of the Company’s BSX listed Second Ranking 9.0% Secured Loan Notes – Issue #1 Due 27th, September 2021 (the Notes).

Hamilton, Bermuda – 27th September 2021 – Ancelltek Holdings Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms as of 27th September 2021 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed £420,000 – Second-Ranking 9% Secured Loan Notes - Issue #1, of which £200,000 of the said Notes have been partially delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore has partially de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Friday, 8th, October 2021.
