HSBC Holdings plc issued CHF300,000,000 0.3200% Notes due 2027 and CHF275,000,000 0.8125% Notes due 2031 (together, the “Notes”) on 3 November 2021 under its Debt Issuance Programme.

 

The Notes have been provisionally admitted to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange AG (the “SIX Swiss Exchange”) from 2 November 2021. Application will be made to list the Notes on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
