Hamilton, Bermuda:  17th, December 2021 Matterhorn Re Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed SR144A Segregated Account – Series 2020 Class Principle At-Risk Variable Rate Notes Due 7th, December 2021 (the Notes) as listed below.

 

SR144A Segregated Account - Series 2020-1 Class A PAR VRN Due December 7, 2021,

SR144A Segregated Account - Series 2020-1 Class B PAR VRN Due December 7, 2021,

SR144A Segregated Account - Series 2020-2 Class B PAR VRN Due December 7, 2021,

SR144A Segregated Account - Series 2020-3 Class A PAR VRN Due December 7, 2021,

SR144A Segregated Account - Series 2020-4 Class A PAR VRN Due December 7, 2021,

SR144A Segregated Account - Series 2020-4 Class B PAR VRN Due December 7, 2021

 

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Friday, 17th, December 2021.
