HAMILTON, Bermuda: 25^th, January 2022 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Bermuda Aviation Services Limited, (the"Company"; Ticker: BAS.BH), announces title change. The full filing stated:

Bermuda Aviation Services Limited (“BAS”) and its Board of Directors announced that effective January 1, 2022, Ms. Navdeep Dhesi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of BAS.

“We are very pleased to have Ms. Dhesi at the helm of BAS. She has developed and leads a committed management team, each of whom play an integral role in the everyday running of the various BAS subsidiaries”, said Mr. Pugh, Chairman of BAS. The management team of BAS consist of Jeff Cook, General Manager of Weir Enterprises, Christopher Wright, General Manager of BASFM and Steven Douglas, General Manager of Otis Bermuda.
