Hamilton, Bermuda – 14^th, March 2022 – Sirius International UK Holdings II Ltd. (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms as of 14^th March 2022 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed $350,000,000 – Floating Rate Eurobond Loan Notes of which $151,000,000 of the said notes were transferred to SiriusPoint Bermuda Insurance Company Ltd., which were subsequently transferred to the Company and have been partially delisted from the BSX effective 23 December 2021.
