Rivers Leasing PLC (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of 31 March 2022 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£980,000 Issue 30, 8.00% Notes (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
