Hamilton, Bermuda:  1^st, April 2022 – ILN SAC Ltd., (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the extension of the maturity date of the Company’s BSX listedILN-US-W-OCC-30B-40B-LIN Class PB & PS Notes Due 11^th, April 2022 (the Notes) to 29^th, June 2022.

 

 

 

The Exchange has therefore extended the maturity date of the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The extension on the Exchange was effective today Friday, 1^st, April 2022.
