Hamilton, Bermuda:  18^th, April 2022 – Time Finance plc (formerly 1pm plc) (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Secured Loan Note - Issue 008, 6.50% Notes Due 18^th, April 2022. (the Notes).

 

Redemption of Time Finance plc Secured Loan Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 18^th April 2022 – Time Finance plc (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of 18^th April 2022 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£370,000 – Issue 8, 6.50% Notes due 18^th April 2022 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
