Hamilton, Bermuda:  3^rd, June 2022 – Rivers Leasing Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Issue #33 - 8.00% Notes Due 28^th, May 2022. (the Notes).

 

Redemption of Rivers Leasing PLC Notes

Rivers Leasing PLC (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of 28 May 2022 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£625,000 Issue 33, 8.00% Notes (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Friday, 3^rd, June 2022
