Hamilton, Bermuda:  14^th, June 2022 – Manatee Re III Pte. Ltd., (the Company) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”) of the extension of the maturity date of the Company’s BSX listed Series 2019-1, Class A & B PAR VR Notes Due 7^th, June 2022 (the “Notes”) have been extended until 8^th, June 2026.

 

The Exchange has therefore extended the maturity date of the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The extension on the Exchange is effective today Tuesday, 14^th, June 2022.
