Maple Bidco Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the early redemption on 8 July 2022 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed, Unsecured Loan Notes 2025, the Unsecured Loan Notes and the Programme, have been delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore delisted the Notes & the Programme pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The del-listing from the Exchange is effective today, Thursday, 4th, August 2022.
