Global Private Equity One Limited: Share Redemption

Hamilton, Bermuda:  9^th, August 2022 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”),Global Private Equity One Limited (the “Company”) announced a share redemption.  The full filing stated:

Share Redemption

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that a distribution representing 8.81% of the Company’s Net Asset Value as at 31 March 2022 will be distributed to shareholders by means of a redemption of the Company’s A Class Ordinary Shares (“A Shares”) and B Class Ordinary Shares (“B Shares”).

The excess accumulated capital held by the Company has been the result of non-recallable distributions from the underlying investments of the Company.

Accordingly, payment of USD8,209,458.68 in aggregate is expected to be paid to shareholders within the last two weeks of August 2022. A Class shares will be repurchased at a price of USD1,379.333 per share and B Class shares at a price of USD1,389.810 per share.  A total of 5,938.286 shares will be redeemed by the Company, pro rata against each shareholders’ holding of A Shares and B Shares, and cancelled thereafter.

Following the redemption, the Company’s issued share capital will be 61,481.616, of which 43,115.486 will be A Shares and 18,366.130 will be B Shares.

Further announcements will be made when further distributions are to be made to shareholders.
