RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

The Issuer is pleased to announce that Jason Green has been appointed a director of the Company with effect from 3 June 2022 replacing Susan Trott who resigned as a director of the Company effective 3 June 2022.

The Issuer is further pleased to announce that Danielle Lubbe has been appointed a director of the Company with effect from 4 July 2022 replacing M Tonesan Amissah who resigned as a director of the Company effective 4 July 2022.
