Hamilton, Bermuda: 2nd, December 2022 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited (the "Company" or “WIHL”) (Ticker: WIHL.BH) announces that following a resolution of the board of directors, the Company has elected to implement the mechanism set out in the Company's articles of association (the "Articles") known as the Notification Procedure. Defined terms used in this announcement have the meaning ascribed to them in the Articles.The full filing stated:

 

In accordance with the Notification Procedure, WIHL will write to shareholders three times over a period of approximately six weeks requiring them to positively confirm to the Company the matters requested in the Notifications.

 

In accordance with Article 24.5(b) the Company is releasing this announcement notifying shareholders that the First Notification has been sent.
