HAMILTON, Bermuda – 24 May 2023 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Zeno Capital Limited (Ticker: ZENOCAP.BH) submitted the following notice.
On the 19th of May 2023, Investec Securities (Pty) Ltd sold 444 Ordinary Shares to Marquardt Holdings Limited, at $500/share for a total consideration of $222,000.
Following the transaction, Marquardt Holdings Limited own 0.94% of the issued share capital in the Company.
