Hamilton, Bermuda: 30June 2023 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”), Argus Group Holdings Limited (the "Company"; Ticker: AGH.BH) today announced that effective 1 July 2023, the Company will extend the share repurchase programme and may purchase up to 150,000 shares over the next year, at market prices on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
