HAWLEY GROUP LIMITED - COMPLETION OF CAPITAL REORGANISATION

 

Hawley Group Limited (Bermuda – BSX: HGL.BH) (the Company) announces the completion of the share capital reorganisation announced on 15 September 2023 (the Capital Reorganisation) involving the combination of its issued share capital by consolidating every 10 issued shares of GBP 0.01 par value into one consolidated share of US$0.10 par value (a Consolidated Share). 

 

The total issued share capital of the Company is now 4,658,620 ordinary shares of US$0.10 par value each.   

 

New share certificates for the Consolidated Shares will be issued to shareholders by the Company’s Share Registrar within the next ten (10) days.
